BAADER has built fish processing machinery since 1919, and specific model numbers (BAADER 188 and 189 for whitefish filleting, BAADER 200 for smaller fish, BAADER 220 for pelagic processing lines, BAADER 417/427 heading machines) each use different blade, guide and wear-part geometries even where the machines look broadly similar. The model number and, where the part is blade or guide-related, the fish size range the line is set up for, are the details that matter most for a correct match.

Customers can send part numbers, maker references, equipment model data, serial numbers, nameplates, photos, drawings, old offers or previous supply documents. We review the information before quoting so the request is handled as a technical procurement task rather than a generic product search.
